The gift cards tool allows a call center operative to create and manage gift cards issued by the marketAgility System. In addition to summary information about the gift card itself, it also contains transaction history about its issuance and usage over time
To find a provider or providers that share a common attribute value, a search block has been provided. To create a new one, use the "Add New" button above the search block.
These attributes are as follows:

| Card # | The exact gift card number |
| Recipient Email | The email address of the recipient |
| From Name | All or part of the sender's name |
| To Name | All or part of the recipient's name |
| Rows | Limits the results to the indicated number. |
The details screen allows you to manage the gift card information, including the sender, recipient, message, and active status.

| Sender Email | The email address of the sender. |
| Original Amount | The original amount of the gift card at the time of its issuance. |
| Recipient Name | The name of the recipient. |
| Recipient Email | The email address of the recipient. |
| Current Balance | The current value of the card. This is calculated by reducing the original amount by any sales transactions that have been conducted using this gift card as tender. |
| Card Number | The card number at the time of issuance. |
| Card Pin | The card pin at the time of issuance. |
| Message | The gift message included to the recipient. |
| Usage History | These rows detail all activity on the card, from its initial activation and including all transactions |
