Customers

This section of mA7 allows your customer service team access to customer, order, and gift card information to allow them to service your customer phone-in and email requests. Each tool in this section covers a specific operational function and can be access-controlled through the Roles & Permissions tool (Operations / Roles & Permissions) based on your company's needs.

These tools can also be used against your staging environment, allowing you to create test scenarios with inventory and product assortments and conduct end-to-end fulfillment testing to make sure that information is being properly communicated to your 3rd party providers as well as your customer through the various touch-point emails.
